**Whitefish Bay Cleaners Terms of Service**


**1. Introduction**


Welcome to Whitefish Bay Cleaners. By utilizing our dry-cleaning, laundry, executive shirt, repairs and alterations services, and any other service offered by us (“Services”), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our Services.


**2. Service Description**


Whitefish Bay Cleaners provides professional garment care and cleaning services, which include, but are not limited to, dry cleaning, laundry, executive shirt services, repairs, alterations, leather and suede cleaning, wedding dress preservation, and seasonal garment storage.


**3. Service Use**


To use our Services, you must drop off your items at our location or use any pickup and delivery services we may offer. You agree to provide garments that are safe to clean, and you must inform us of any special care requirements or any items left in your clothing such as jewelry, cash, or other valuables.


**4. Pricing and Payment**


Prices for our Services will be communicated at the time of drop-off or through our standardized price list, which may be subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon receipt of the cleaned garments. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.


**5. Turnaround Time**


Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will endeavor to process your items in a timely fashion and inform you of any delays.


**6. Damage or Loss Policy**


Whitefish Bay Cleaners shall exercise utmost care in cleaning and handling your items. However, if your item is lost or damaged, our liability shall not exceed ten times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.


**7. Cleaning Outcomes**


While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Preexisting damage or color loss may not be apparent before cleaning and we are not responsible for such conditions.


**8. Alterations and Repairs**


Alterations and repairs will be completed as requested by the customer. We are not liable for dissatisfaction with style choices or fit if it was done according to the customer's request.


**9. Stored Items**


Seasonal garment storage is available at customer's own risk. Whitefish Bay Cleaners is not responsible for any damage occurring as a result of storage including, but not limited to, discoloration, mold, or moth damage.


**10. Claims**


All claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the garment. Items are considered satisfactorily completed and cannot be claimed if taken without any notification upon pick-up or delivery.


**11. Amendments to Terms of Service**


Whitefish Bay Cleaners reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of new terms.
